How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
  • For Singapore addresses:
    All orders placed before 12p.m. Singapore Time on business days will be delivered within 3 business days. All orders placed after 12p.m. should be delivered within the next 4 business days.
  • For delivery outside of Singapore:
  • Orders via UPS Express Saver:
    Your order should take about 3-5 working days to be delivered. You may track your delivery status via the tracking number provided to you after your order is dispatched.
  • Orders via Singpost Air Mail:
    Your order should take about 3-5 working weeks to be delivered. You may track your delivery status via the tracking number provided to you after your order is dispatched
  • For event collection:
    If event collection is available, it will be provided as a checkout option. All orders will only be available for collection on the day of the selected event.
  • For self-collection at our main office:
    All orders will be available for collection one day after the order is being placed. Collection details will be provided to you via email. Note that our office hours are from Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6:00pm (excluding 12-1pm)
    *In the event of public holidays and the holiday season, please anticipate a reasonable delay for your orders.

What are my shipping charges?

At checkout, your total shipping charges will automatically be computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

For delivery outside of Singapore:
Note: The buyer (recipient) shall bear all other costs such as duties, taxes and any other charges related to customs clearance which might be levied in your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For more information about customs regulation, please contact the customs in your country.

We now ship to more than 50 countries. However some items might not be available for purchase to certain countries due to their local regulations.

What should I do if I am unable to receive the product at the time of delivery?
  • For Singapore addresses:
    If you are unable to receive the product at the time of delivery, our delivery team will provide you with a failed delivery notice so you can collect your product at the designated post office. Please collect your product from the post office within 5 working days.
  • For delivery outside of Singapore:
    If you are unable to receive the product at the time of delivery, please refer to the failed delivery notice provided by UPS or your destination post (e.g U.S.Post, Thai Post, Canada Post etc.) and follow the instructions stated on it.
